We Refine the Dust from the Jewelery Shop! In which gold, silver, platinum, platinum are such precious metals. The process of refining is very complex because the materials coming out of it are very different!

    There are many such items that are used to make jewelery, all of them contain small amounts of precious metal, often people collect and store it which they sell to the recyclers!
Sometimes jewelers or gold workers try to remove silver from themselves but due to lack of complete information, they are not able to fully succeed!

There are many ways to refine the jewellery shop dust!
 It depends on the percentage of metal in it, if the quantity of gold or silver is more like
 (1 kg dust = 10 grams) If it is gold or silver, it will be right to melt it completely and burn the dust well first. When the powder is formed and the smoke stops in it, then cool it and filter it.  Take the big pieces, finely chop them. Whatever iron is, remove it with a magnet.
 After that
 (1/2 kg of borax, and 1/2 kg of sodium carbonate, and 1/2 kg of powders which are the compound of the lead, finely add a crucible.
 Put 1/2 kg lead in it and fill all the powder in it,
 The temperature of the furnace for melting should be (1700 to 2000 ° C. Melting will begin to boil in 20 to 30 minutes. Mix well with an iron rod. After melting, remove into an Ingot mold,
 When cold, separate the slug from the hammer.

The cupellation method is used to separate alloy metals, by mixing equal amounts of lime and ash, or cement can be used to make a round shape pit according to the amount of metal, the alloys are alloyed.  Melted in that pit with the help of a charcoal fire, through a pipe, the air is blown from the blower. When the alloy metal is completely melted, lighten it with an iron rod.  Goes, some slugs of the alloy come to the surface which are taken out by an iron rod, and cover it with the wood burning above that its temperature should be 800/1000 ° C.
Limits the speed of the blower, when the process starts, lead burns out and fumes and in a short time all the mixed metals like lead, copper, zinc, arsenic, antimony or bismuth are either burned.  And some metals absorb the cement.
When smoke stops, the process is completed, the remaining alloy has gold and silver,
